Information on tax returns, questionnaires or other forms including your name, address, social security number, email address and names and contact information of your other professional service providers.

Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, including account numbers and balances.

Information collected through an Internet “cookie” (an information collecting device from a web server) and/or other tracking technologies, including but not limited to your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services or to contact us, traffic data, location data and usage details.

Other information as deemed necessary under the Patriot Act or Sarbanes-Oxley.

• Government agencies, courts, parties to lawsuits, regulators (in response to subpoenas or to enforce our policies and contracts) or otherwise as required by law. In such cases we share only the information that we are required or otherwise authorized to share
